志賀氏桿菌 Shigella 傳染途徑

志賀氏桿菌傳染途徑主因直接或間接攝食被病人或帶菌者糞便污染的東西而感染。即使只吃入極少數(10~100個)病菌亦可能發生感染,受傳染者主要是因接觸帶菌者糞便沒有洗手或沒有清洗指甲間縫隙,帶菌者因和人握手或間接由食品之污染而傳染給別人,蒼蠅可能散播病菌到食品,細菌在食品上大量增殖達到可能致病的數目。
